I am Iris

I am a Counselling Psychologist trained at doctoral level, with over600 hours of one-to-one clinical experience across NHS services, charities, and private practice. Through this work, I have had the opportunity to meet with individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and linguistic contexts, accompanying them through emotional difficulties, navigating relational challenges, and engaging in deeper explorations of the self. In my practice, I take an integrative approach,offering one-to-one, personalised and highly confidential psychological support. I consistently place emphasis on each person's subjective experience, while adapting our work in response to your individual needs. The therapeutic process is oriented towards supporting you in developing a clearer understanding of your experiences, and in recognising and responding to your feelings and needs with greater awareness.

I am a Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered Counselling Psychologist, a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) registered individual practitioner therapist and British Psychological Society (BPS) Graduated member.


I based inLondon and have trained and practiced in this area for8 years. In these 8 years, I have provided clinical work for NHS, community charity and private clinic for more than600 hours. I am able to provideCBT, CFT, DBT, Psychodynamic and Integrative approach.
